What payment modes do you accept?

Currently we accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. All payments are charged in SGD. Please note goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Zhnng.

 

Purchases

Will I be able to buy in Bulk at a cheaper rate?

Yes, Zhnng would welcome opportunities to work with you on bulk orders. If you would like to discuss further discounts, send us an email with details before placing any orders through our online store. We will review on case by case basis based on a minimum order of S$1500.

Could you advise which design and size to order?

Yes, if you do not have a designer to help you visualize your design and our product, you could approach Zhnng for design assistance. You could hire us for our design consultation service by send us an email to hello@zhnng.com. Our designer has been in the design industry for years and will be able to assist you with your inquiry.

Alternatively, you could easily refer to the dimensions and specifications listed on our product pages to ensure our products work within your space and design.

 

How do I install the products?

Zhnng encourages our customers to engage qualified installer for any hardware installs. A qualified installer will have the right tools and templates to do the job well. Please check with them if they are capable of carrying out the job if you are unsure!

If you would like to DIY, please ensure you have the right tools and appropriate skills to carry out the installs. Zhnng will not be responsible for installs gone wrong.

We cannot refund or exchange items that have been attempted to have been install if the product is damaged during the process.

 

Refunds & Exchange

Do you offer any refunds and exchanges?

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We encourage our customers to confirm all orders before processing any payment.

We also cannot refund or exchange items that have been attempted to have been install if the product is damaged during the process.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the product upon arrival for reasons due to any damage or incorrect shipment, we are happy to arrange a replacement for you. Simply email us at hello@zhnng.com for our customer service agent to follow up with you directly.

 

Warranty

Do you provide warranties to the products?

Unfortunately we do not provide warranty to our product at the moment.

Currently, Zhnng’s liability is limted to the replacement of the product only, provided it meets the criteria listed under the terms - Refunds & Exchange.
