Where do you ship and deliver your product?

We currently ship our products internationally to the following countries;

Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, & United States.

Unfortunately, due to shipping methods, customs/ trade regulations, or our shipping capabilities we do not ship to countries that are not listed above at this time. 

We will work on expanding our business to more regions/countries soon, sign up to our newsletter to get the latest news on future shipping updates.  

Do note International deliveries may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes, Zhnng is NOT responsible for any charges that are incurred from customers/duties. It is also at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your international parcels and there is a possibility that the delivery of your parcels may be delayed due to customs clearance.

Due to different custom policies in your country we will not be able to predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom policies in your country, Zhnng recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

 

How much does it cost to ship our purchases & how long does it take?

Zhnng charges a flat rate of delivery fee for purchases with total cost below S$150 depending on the location we’re shipping to. Shipping rates will be calculated at your checkout page.

As our products are sourced from different places, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We may prioritize parts of your order and ship them separately depending on the stock availability.

The standard delivery lead time for most of our items are usually within 14 to 30 days depending on the countries we are shipping to. However, do note that during festive season the delivery timeline might take longer than usual.  

 

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is provided if your order (after discount, if applicable) is S$100.00 and above.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Not at the moment, Zhnng does not provide express shipping at the moment but if you would like to make special arrangement or require special help on your purchase please email us at support@zhnng.com before placing your order.

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, Zhnng will provide a tracking code for your shipment to track your delivery. 

You will also receive an email with relevant shipping details once the parcel has been shipped out from our warehouse. A link to track your order will also be included.

Please also note that the actual delivery timing on the date of delivery will be dependent on the schedule of third-party fulfillment services. We ship orders on weekdays only.
